Our Story
Headquartered in Morristown, NJ (40 minutes from New York City), for over 70 years PLT Health Solutions has prided ourselves on our commitment to integrity, trust, and transparency throughout our journey to help our employees, our customers, and our partners succeed. With a multi-generational story of family ownership that moves from Marvin Flowerman in 1946 to his son Paul in 1976, and to Paul’s son Seth, PLT’s current President & CEO, in 2010. PLT takes this rich tradition and re-envisions it for the realities of today’s world.
PLT Charitable Fund
The founder of PLT Health Solutions, Marvin Flowerman, was a noted public servant and philanthropist who instilled a culture of giving back within the Flowerman family and throughout the PLT organization. His commitment to his community and enriching the lives of those less fortunate are core tenants that the PLT Charitable Fund seeks to emulate.
Marvin’s son Paul Flowerman, PLT’s Chairman and Executive Director of the PLT Charitable Fund, carries on this tradition by overseeing the philanthropic efforts of the PLT Charitable Fund. Paul has a long history of commitment to public service dating back to his days as a Peace Corp volunteer in Malaysia in the 1970’s.
The fundamental right to live a healthy, happy life; the value of a good education; and the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit are the pillars of PLT Charitable Fund philanthropic efforts.
