The PLT Health Solutions NBJ Summit 2026 Performance Driving Experience Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by PLT Health Solutions, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 119 Headquarters Plaza, Morristown, NJ 07960.
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
Giveaway Event Location
This Giveaway is conducted in conjunction with the NBJ Summit 2026, held at:
Terranea Resort
100 Terranea Way
Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275
The NBJ Summit and Terranea Resort serve solely as the location and venue for the Giveaway and are not sponsors, administrators, or otherwise affiliated with this promotion.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to registered attendees of the NBJ Summit 2026 who:
Are legal residents of the United States;
Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
Complete a valid entry during the Giveaway Period.
Employees of PLT Health Solutions, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Monday, August 3, 2026 ("Giveaway Period").
Only entries received during the Giveaway Period will be eligible for the drawing. Entries received after 5:00 PM PT on August 3, 2026 will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by:
Visiting
https://www.plthealth.com/nbj-summit-2026, either directly or by scanning the official PLT Health Solutions QR code displayed at the NBJ Summit; and
Completing and submitting the official online entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted using multiple identities may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A Performance Driving Experience with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $2,000 USD.
The winner may select an available participating driving experience location nearest to their residence, subject to availability and the provider's scheduling policies.
If the total cost of the selected driving experience exceeds the stated prize value of $2,000 USD, the winner shall be solely responsible for paying any difference between the prize value and the total cost of the selected experience.
The driving experience must be scheduled and redeemed within three hundred sixty-five (365) days of the date the prize is accepted by the winner. Any unused portion of the prize after this period shall be forfeited without compensation or substitution.
The driving experience is provided by an independent third-party experience provider. The provider is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated with this Giveaway, and the driving experience is subject to the provider's own terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, scheduling, availability, and safety policies.
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements established by the driving experience provider, including, but not limited to, any applicable age, licensing, health, insurance, or safety requirements. Failure to satisfy the provider's eligibility requirements shall not entitle the winner to a cash payment, substitute prize, or extension of the redemption period.
The prize:
is non-transferable;
may not be redeemed for cash;
may not be substituted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winner is solely responsible for all expenses associated with redeeming the prize, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, transportation, insurance, taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses.
Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the driving experience and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or performance of the third-party experience provider.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period through a random electronic drawing conducted by Sponsor. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The drawing will be conducted using an electronic randomization method after the close of the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor intends to conduct the drawing and announce the winner during the NBJ Summit.
If technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the drawing or winner announcement during the event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the electronic random drawing and notify the winner following the conclusion of the NBJ Summit.
The winner may be notified:
in person at the event;
by email; or
by telephone.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond, or declines the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that individual and conduct additional random electronic drawings from the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner accepts the prize.
Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, the drawing process, and winner selection are final and binding.
6. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other governmental charges associated with the receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may require completion of applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 if applicable, prior to awarding the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to issue any tax reporting forms required by applicable law.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, city/state of residence, statements, and images relating to the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
The winner further agrees to provide Sponsor with photographs from the Performance Driving Experience that Sponsor may use for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and may also be used in accordance with PLT Health Solutions' Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.
10. Release of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PLT Health Solutions, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and promotional partners from any liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
network, server, website, or technical malfunctions;
interruptions in internet service;
printing or typographical errors; or
any other technical failures that may affect entry or winner selection.
11. Governing Law
These Official Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
