Carrageenan

Derived from various species of red algae (Rhodophyta) found throughout the oceans of the world. We offer a portfolio of the various forms of carrageenan: kappa, iota, lambda as well as the sodium salt versions of kappa and iota (cold soluble) which facilitate application to a wide variety of food systems: meats, dairy products, water gels, salad dressing, yogurt, fruits and instant products. The wide portfolio of types and functionality serve to meet all kinds of textural needs; firm gels, soft gels, cold filling, and particulate suspension.
